Microsoft’s free XNA Game Studio toolset has long been available to wannabe developers for download and back in February this year we even got to sample seven of those community-created games. The question that’s been bugging us since the announcement of Microsoft launching the YouTube of Xbox Live, Xbox Live Community Games, later this year is whether or not these games will be free to download and play.
